Installation instructions

1. Drain coolant (~1L heating core).

2. Locate the heat exchanger hose (rear of engine, parallel to exhaust manifold).

3. Release pressure clips (plastic pliers), turn threaded connections.

4. Remove plastic brackets (2 Torx T20 screws).

5. Install new 6C0121065 with new clips, refill G40, purge for 15min.
